久違了的地理實地考察終於回歸。
中六級選修地理科的同學早前參與了由「可觀自然教育中心」舉辦的地理户外考察課程，到荃灣川龍附近研究樹林的生態系統。天氣雖然非常炎熱，但能夠走出課室，動手用不同的儀器量度樹木的特徵、搜集不同類型枯枝落葉、整理數據和分組匯報，同學們都說這是難能可貴的體驗！
The long-awaited Geography field trip is back.
S.6 Geography students kicked off their studies this year by joining an expedition organised by the Ho Koon Nature Education Centre in early September.
Stationed in Chuen Lung, Tsuen Wan, students studied the surrounding ecosystem using different tools to measure the characteristics of trees and leaves, collected and organised data, and gave presentations about their findings in groups at the end of the programme.
Students commented that it was a great learning experience that they could walk out of the classroom even under very hot weather!
