Effective ways of learning English, relationship with parents, and how to stay persistent are just a few topics we heard at the UCC Ed Talk on 12 October.
S.6 students gathered at the library as they listened to 11 shortlisted Ed Talk speakers deliver inspiring speeches on a wide range of social issues, including internet addiction and privacy issues. The event concluded with Mr Hadfield sharing tips on delivering a great presentation.
“This truly was a time of celebration. Thank you to all the S.6 English teachers and our student speakers for their hard work and dedication. Both teachers and students were genuinely inspired,” expressed Mrs Cheryl Wong, the English Panel Head.
