學界飛盤比賽於1月30日假大坑東草地場舉行，滙基派出兩支參賽隊伍，有機會遇上多支國際學校隊伍，豐富同學的比賽經驗。
The Hong Kong Ultimate Players Association (HKUPA) Ultimate Frisbee Inter-school Tournament 2023 was held at Tai Hang Tung Recreation Ground on 30 January 2023. UCC sent two Frisbee teams to compete among other international school teams, enriching their competition experience.
