Dear Sam,
Thank you for your letter. I’m very sorry to hear about your problems, and I hope I can give you some helpful advice.
In your letter, you mentioned that you’ve been feeling stressed out and you think that the main reason why you feel so stressed is that, you’ve been completely snowed under with homework and revision. I understand how frustrated you feel. If I were you, I would feel frustrated too. Therefore, I want to give you some advice. First, you should do something you enjoy every day, like playing basketball, reading books or running. You can feel relaxed and it is good for your health. Second, you ought to finish your homework in the school so that you can have time to do revision. Third, you have to find a social worker for help as he can give you some useful advice. Lastly, you must tell your teachers that you have too many quizzes and tests, ask them to decrease the amount of quiz and test.
Besides, you also mentioned that you sleep very badly. You wake up in the middle of the night and have a lot of nightmares. You are confused about whether or not to take sleeping pills. About those problems, I want to give you some advice. First, you should do regular exercise as you can fall asleep more easily. Second, you ought to listen to soft music because it helps relax your mind. Third, you must see a doctor if your problems become more serious. I also think you can watch some funny videos before sleep because laughter is the best medicine.
Those are all the advice that I want to give you. I hope the advice helps. Please let me know how you get on.
